What We Collect
Account info:
Your name, email, and password when you sign up.
Payment info:
Processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.
Progress photos:
If you use our tracking feature, we store your selfies so you can compare your results over time. We don't use facial recognitionā€”these are just photos for you to see your own progress.
Usage data:
Which pages you visit, how long you spend on the site, your device type, and general location (country/city level from your IP address).
Community posts:
Anything you share in our community discussions.
Why We Collect It
To give you access to your courses and account. To process your payments. To let you track your face yoga progress. To improve our platform and fix issues. To send you updates and (with your permission) marketing emails. To keep the platform secure.
Who Sees Your Data
We never sell your data.
We share data only with services that help us run our business: Kajabi (our platform), Klaviyo (email), Stripe and PayPal (payments), Google Analytics (website stats), and Meta/Facebook Pixel (ads). These companies are required to protect your data and only use it for the purposes we specify.
Your Progress Photos
Your selfies are private. We store them securely so only you can see them. We will never share your photos without asking you first. You can delete them anytime from your account settings.
Cookies
We use cookies for three purposes:
Essential:
To keep you logged in and make the site work. These are required.
Analytics:
Google Analytics helps us understand how people use the site.
Marketing:
Facebook Pixel helps us measure if our ads are working.
When you first visit, you can choose which non-essential cookies to allow. You can change your preferences anytime via the cookie settings in our website footer.
How Long We Keep Your Data
Account and photos:
Until you delete your account, then permanently erased within 30 days.
Payment records:
10 years (required by German tax law).
Marketing preferences:
Until you unsubscribe.
Your Rights
You can: access a copy of your data, correct any mistakes, delete your account and all associated data, stop us from using your data for marketing, download your data in a portable format, and withdraw any consent you've given. Just email us at [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Berlin data protection authority (Berliner Beauftragte fuer Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
For California Residents
Under California law (CCPA/CPRA), you have additional rights: to know what data we collect and why, to delete your data, to opt out of data "sharing" for advertising (you can do this through our cookie settings), and to not be treated differently for exercising your rights. International Transfers
Some of our service providers are based in the US. When your data is transferred outside Europe, it's protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Security
We use encryption, secure servers, and access controls to protect your data. If we ever experience a data breach that affects you, we'll notify you promptly.
Age Requirement
Our services are for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
